Sequences and poses (asana) release deep tension and build strength and balance in the body.

The alignment respects the way the body is designed to move naturally to feel more whole and in tune with your physical form. In Purna Yoga asana it’s about how you feel not how you look.


Purna Yoga asana has therapeutic aspects and after a class with me you may feel more integrated and whole. It respects the nervous system and creates the foundation for safe and effective movement if you do other types of yoga as well.

Heartfull Meditation


In this meditation we use movements and visualisation to connect the mind and body with the heart (spirit).

Heartfull Meditation helps you access Love at anytime, when practicing it makes you feel safe and protected.


This mediation is rooted in the heart chakra, it focuses on beautiful feelings, helps you feel hopeful and shows you how to trust and listen to your heart.


It teaches you how to be the solution to your problems.

Yoga for Pregnancy Birth and Beyond​

Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy; a gentle, safe means of keeping the body toned and supple without strain, of keeping aches and pains away and energy flowing, of relaxing mind and body, and preparing for the physical demands of birth – and motherhood itself.
