When it comes to the body it is like taking care of a pet. You can not feed your pet one day and not the other. Your body needs nourishment, whether it is through food or exercise you want to tend to your bodies needs so the results will be high energy levels, strength, vitality, liveliness, vibrance, cheerfulness and ageing with grace.

MENTAL & EMOTIONAL HEALTH

Do you juggle life between a job, a family and lots of other responsibilities, but there is little solutions on how to practice self-care to stay sane in a world which seems to become more and more insane? Once you start to learn how to sleep well, to find your own mental strengths, to spend time engaging in gratitude rather than judgment your life will become more harmonious and peaceful.

 

SPIRITUAL HEALTH

Spiritual health is living life with meaning. And meaning comes from doing the inner work. We are living on three levels, the physical on the outside, the mental & emotional in between and the spiritual on the inside. True health can only come when we look at all aspects of our lives. The first thing you will discover is that this power is already in you, learn to listen to the voice in you.
